After a tremendous growth of 20% p.a. in the last years the site Warstein of the Infineon Technologies AG started in 2011 an organizational development project to adapt and prepare our processes and structures for the future. The consultants of Nonnast & Kollegen customized the training concept „Leading People in an High Performance Company“, which is running within in Infineon since beginning to 2011, to the specific situation in Warstein. On the hand they supported us in the phase of change management after the reorganization. For our organization it was an extraordinary benefit that Nonnast & Kollegen not only supported us with management workshops but rather trained us tools like „picturing the future“ and „drama triangle“. This put us as an organization in the possibility to see changes and adapting to new and undefined situations something like business as usual. On the other hand Nonnast & Kollegen trained all our management levels from the team leader in the shop floor to the site management in coordinated but to the needs of the different management level adjusted sessions. This put us in the position that now all leader are used to practice the same leadings tools. This accelerates our discussions and decision processes tremendously. We experienced Nonnast & Kollegen as an very competent partner with regard to management and leadership tools and methods , highly skilled with „Social competence“ in the interaction with the different levels in our organization and always focused to deliver benefit to Infineon Warstein through their consultancy and coaching.
